Many scientific studies have been done by researchers around the world and provide support for the many benefits of happiness.  

Happiness contributes greatly to intelligence, success, good relationships, health, creativity, resilience and emotional intelligence.

We provide summaries of many such studies are provided in the .pdf's below.
